Due to a larger than normal increase in orders, we have been experiencing longer than normal processing times. Please understand that we very much appreciate you and are working diligently to increase our processing capacity to better service this increased demand. 

However, we do ship with USPS and USPS doesn't always update the tracking during high-peak season or busier than normal work days.
